12 Days Seychelles Island Hopping Adventure
A twelve-day itinerary covering all three main Seychelles islands at an unhurried pace — enough time on each for diving, hiking and simply doing nothing on a genuinely excellent beach. See our Seychelles Tours page for the island-by-island overview behind this itinerary.
Days 1-4: Mahé
Arrive into Mahé and settle in near Beau Vallon, the island's most developed beach. The first few days cover a Victoria market visit, a scenic drive through the forested interior, and time to acclimatise before island hopping begins.
Days 5-8: Praslin
A short flight or ferry to Praslin for the Vallée de Mai, a UNESCO World Heritage palm forest and the only place on earth the coco de mer grows wild, plus time on Anse Lazio and Anse Georgette, consistently ranked among the world's best beaches.
Days 9-12: La Digue
The final stretch on La Digue, explored by bike rather than car, centred on Anse Source d'Argent — the most photographed beach in the Seychelles, a shallow lagoon threaded between giant granite boulders.
Best Time to Travel
April-May and October-November offer the calmest seas and least wind, ideal for the inter-island boat transfers this itinerary relies on. See our complete Seychelles travel guide for the fuller seasonal breakdown.
