Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to all safari and beach holiday bookings made through Wildlife Beach Safari Holidays. Please read them before confirming a booking, and contact us if anything is unclear.
Bookings and Payment
A deposit is required to confirm any booking, with the balance due ahead of travel as specified in your itinerary and invoice. Prices quoted are per person based on the itinerary agreed at the time of booking and may change if you request itinerary amendments after confirmation.
Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation policies vary by lodge, camp and activity operator, since many of our partners set their own terms, particularly for gorilla trekking permits and peak-season bookings. We'll confirm the specific cancellation terms that apply to your itinerary before you pay a deposit, and communicate any partner cancellation fees clearly at the time.
Travel Documents and Requirements
You're responsible for ensuring you hold a valid passport, any required visas, and proof of relevant vaccinations for your destinations. We can advise on general requirements but recommend confirming current entry requirements with the relevant embassy or consulate before travel, since these can change.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical evacuation, trip cancellation and lost luggage for all bookings. This is not included in our itineraries and is your responsibility to arrange.
Liability
We act as an agent in arranging accommodation, activities and transport with third-party suppliers, and are not liable for the acts, omissions or default of those suppliers except where required by law. Wildlife encounters carry inherent risk, and all activities are undertaken at the traveller's own risk in accordance with the safety guidance provided by lodges and guides.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force at the time you confirm a booking apply to that booking.
